Lachance Quality Homes was established in 2004 and operates as a limited liability corporation. Roland Lachance, president, and Chavelle Lachance, secretary, have been happily married for seventeen years and are proud parents of two beautiful daughters, Lindsey (15) and Peyton (6). Chavelle considers it a privilege to have time to be actively involved in the lives of her daughters. The entire Lachance family exhibits a passion for serving people both locally and internationally. They are all active members at Harrah Church in Harrah, Oklahoma. Roland and Chavelle are small group leaders at Harrah Church.
Roland’s number one goal in business is to build quality homes at affordable prices. The values of Lachance Quality Homes includes integrity, honesty, and character. Roland continually strives to improve in communication with the customer, warranty, and all areas of the construction process. Multiple steps are taken through various phases of construction to provide up to a 40% energy savings. Lachance Quality Homes is a member of the Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association, Oklahoma Home Builders Association, and the National Association of Home Builders.
